Elk Ridge Game Farm strives to provide
a quality upland bird hunt as close to the wild
as possible. Our excellent bird
cover consists of a mixture of warm season prairie grass, sorghum, and
farmland. With over 400 acres of hunting grounds,
there is plenty of room for almost any
size group.
Typical hunts last anywhere from two and a half to four hours,
depending on how well the hunters shoot or how long they wish to be
out in the fields. Guides will take up to five hunters per party.
If a group books a hunt, they will be divided and placed into
separate areas with enough acres to hunt the entire time of
the
stay.
Light lunches are available (donation only) by request and can be eaten in our
large, comfortable clubhouse where you can also relax after the hunt.
Bird cleaning is
also available.
Hunts are booked on a first come -
first served basis, so contact us early to secure your date.
